Apex gym – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

  • Membership is subject to approval by Apex gym ( The rig gym ltd).
  • Members must be at least 16 years old to use the gym unsupervised.
  • Under 16’s can still use the gym under supervision.
  • Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

  • Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.
  • Apex Gym reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

  • Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.
  • Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice according to the terms stated in the membership agreement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be managed according to the APEX GYM Privacy Policy.
  • APEX GYM may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • APEX GYM  reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

  • These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • APEX GYM, has 5 working CCTV cameras which allow for the safety of members and staff, all recorded data is kept for 30-days. 
  • APEX GYM, has adequate insurance which allows for the gym to be unsupervised.
  • When the gym is unsupervised, and or you are training alone, it is essential that you only train with movements and weights that you are fully competent with. It is your responsibility to ensure your safety, avoiding harm or injuries to yourself and other members using the facility at that time. 

      

 

APEX GYM 30-Day Notice for Membership Cancellation Policy

At APEX GYM, we strive to provide our members with a flexible and accommodating experience. We understand that circumstances change, and members may need to cancel their gym membership. To facilitate a smooth transition for members wishing to cancel, we have established the following 30-day notice cancellation policy.

Policy Overview:

  • Members wishing to cancel their gym membership must submit a written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to their desired cancellation date.
  • The 30-day notice period allows both the member and the gym to make necessary adjustments. Members can continue to enjoy gym access during this notice period.
  • 30-day cancelletion applies to Monthly contracts, or after initial contract has expired. 
  • Other contracts still within set period- can be cancelled within that time for certain reasons: 

1)Moving house, 10 miles plus 

2)Medical reasons or personal reasons which can be disclosed at your discretion. 

Cancellation Notice Submission:

  • Members must inform Apex Gym, via email info@apexgym.uk or via whatsapp 07401854259 of the 30-day cancellation. 
  •  

Final Billing and Access:

  • Members will be responsible for any dues or fees incurred during the 30-day notice period.
  • Membership access and benefits will continue until the end of the notice period.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  • Upon receiving the cancellation notice, APEX GYM  will process the request and send a confirmation of the membership cancellation and effective cancellation date to the member.

Feedback and Follow-Up:

  • We value member feedback and encourage departing members to share their experiences and reasons for cancellation. This helps us improve our services and address any concerns.

Policy Acknowledgment:

  • All members are required to acknowledge and agree to this 30-day notice cancellation policy upon signing the membership agreement or contract.
